Grand Harbor News 5/23/2017

The good times just keep on rolling here at Grand Harbor. Tuesday night our weekly Euchre players enjoyed some Asian Cuisine at their monthly Buffet Dinner and Prize Night. The week continued with 9 & Dine on Thursday night and then to our highlight event of the week, our Ladies-Member Guest Tournament. Chef Daniel also had another great fish special this past weekend, Soy & Sesame Marinated Barramundi.

This year’s Ladies-Member Guest was “Broadway” themed with 28 pairs (28 Grand Harbor Members/28 Guest). Friday all pairs participated in the practice round and finished the evening with a Cocktail Party. Saturday tournament play began at 9AM and followed up with a closing luncheon in the clubhouse. Congratulations to Overall Gross Champions, Barbara Petrovits and Lucy Finney and Overall Net Winners, Jill Criscuoli and Donnette Godwin. What a great event put together by our Grand Harbor Ladies! We look forward to another eventful week. Regular MGA and LPGA play will continue. Hand cut Ribeyes, Filets and Salmon will be served on Wednesday evening at Steak by the Ounce. Don’t forget 9 & Dine and our weekend specials. Members sign up by tomorrow at noon for our “6-6-6” Tournament(format changes every 6 holes) this Saturday. Also, our Memorial Day Bash will begin at 11AM on Monday and mark the Cabana’s official summer opening!
