We had another incredible week at Grand Harbor last week, from our daily activities to our highlight events of the week. Thursday at 9 & Dine we had 24 couples join us for 9 holes of golf and then a wonderful North Carolina Style BBQ. We hosted an awesome 70 is the New 50 Birthday Bash at the Cabana on Saturday evening. Members turning 70 this year were able to celebrate with their family and neighbors to some great entertainment by guest DJ, David Byars. Our last highlight of the week was the Festival of Flowers Men’s Invitational Amateur & Senior Championship Golf Tournament. We hosted over 70 players this past weekend and after two days play we would like to say congratulations to this year’s winner, rising sophomore at Lander University, Jon Parker. Be sure to check out the gallery below to view his victory putt. We would like to extend a big thank you to all Grand Harbor Members and staff who helped with the tournament. We look forward to hosting this tournament for many years to come!
This week we are holding our monthly Trivia Night (All About Dads this time, but please bring Mom along too) down at the Cabana on Wednesday evening. We will also have 9 & Dine with a Greek themed menu and on Sunday we hope to treat all of our Grand Harbor Fathers to a wonderful meal at our Father’s Day Lunch Buffet.
